29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. At a new senior living residential worksite located at 8400 N Marston Ave, KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties using pneumatic nail guns and other small hand tools were not wearing eye protection. This exposed the employees to getting debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 7/2/2024.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a new senior living residential worksite located at 8400 N Marston Ave, KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were not using a personal fall arrest system. This exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet above ground level. This was documented on or about 7/2/2024.
