29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  Location: Inside the new addition front roof of the existing home @ 72 Cross St. Norton, MA 02766  On or about 07/03/24 the employer failed to instruct employees in the safe operation of pneumatic air guns, exposing workers to being struck by high velocity nails.  -
