29 CFR  1926.1052(b)(1): Where the treads and/or landings of pan stairs were to be filled in with concrete or other material at a later date, foot traffic was not prohibited on the stairway:   a) At or near 76 Main St, Hackettstown NJ -  Interior Stairway - Levels 4/5/roof: Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet while engaged in supervision activities utilizing a steel stairway that had not been filled with concrete or other temporary material, on or about 6/28/24.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:(a)     a) At or near 76 Main St, Hackettstown NJ -  Interior Stairways - Ground Level to Second Level: Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet as well as hand laceration while engaged in supervisory activiites utilizing stairways with no handrail and or with cable railing , on or about 9/3/24.
