29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition  On or about July 9, 2024 employees were exposed to injury from tripping hazards on the walking working surfaced of the production area.  A power cord leading to both panel machines SSQ2U and Schlebach Quadr-OC were laying on the walking working surface of production shop and  presented a tripping hazard for employees working on production floor.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of    On or about July 9, 2024 employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working around a 480V electrical outlet which was equipped with a guard that was broken and unsecured to the electrical junction box, which could allow for accidental contact.
