29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:  (a) On or about July 3, 2024, at the north side of apartment building 5, employees used an aluminum extension ladder in close proximity to energized, unguarded overhead power lines during repair work.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized electric power circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take:  (a) On or about July 3, 2024, at the north side of apartment building 5, employees used an aluminum extension ladder in close proximity to energized, unguarded overhead power lines without being advised of protective measures.
