29 CFR  1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:  a. Northeastern Petro, LLC., Storage/electrical room, on or about July 11th, 2024 and times prior thereto, during and after periods of rain, water leaks from the ceiling onto the floor creating potential slip, trip and fall hazards for employees in the area.  These areas included, but were not limited to, the area around the coffee bar and gambling machines.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:  a. Northeastern Petro, LLC., Storage/electrical room, on or about July 11th, 2024 and times prior thereto, during and after periods of rain, equipment including, but not limited to, electrical breaker boxes/panels and electrical conduit were exposed to water from a leaking roof.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a. Northeastern Petro, LLC., Storage/electrical room, on or about July 11th, 2024 and times prior thereto:  Items including, but not limited to, multiple pallets of pop/soda, and beverages were stored directly in front of the electrical panel boxes.  The electrical panel boxes were Eaton/Cutler-Hammer brand 120/280 volt electrical panel boxes.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
