29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye / face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   a.  At a new residential construction site, located at, or near, 253 Sage Branch St. Augustine Beach, Florida: On or about July 10, 2024, employees were exposed to struck-by flying projectile hazard while using pneumatic nail guns, hand saws and metal hammers to conduct framing work without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a. South side at a new residential construction site, located at, or near, 253 Sage Branch St. Augustine Beach, Florida:  On or about July 10, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while conducting framing work.  b. East side at a new residential construction site, located at, or near, 253 Sage Branch St. Augustine Beach, Florida:  On or about July 10, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while conducting framing work.  c. West side at a new residential construction site, located at, or near, 253 Sage Branch St. Augustine Beach, Florida:  On or about July 10, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while conducting framing work.
