29 CFR 1910.28(a)(1):1910.28(a)(1): The employer did not provide protection for each employee exposed to fall and falling object hazards. On or about July 10, 2024, and times prior thereto, employees tasked to perform work throughout the facility at heights greater than four (4) feet above the lower level were not protected from fall hazards due to not being provided with fall protection in the following instances: a) Replacing components on an exhaust fan in the welding area of the facility; and b) Installing a support beam on a jib crane near the brake press area of the facility.
