29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #101 Ellorie Drive, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Front Roof: On or about 07/10/2024, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards while framing a 10/12 pitched roof with an eave height of approximately 13-feet, 2-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employee were engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a) New residential  construction located on Lot #101 Ellorie Drive, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Front Roof: On or about 07/10/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while using the stairway to access the upper level and roof, in that the stairway was not provided with stair rails along the open sides on a stairway with over 6 risers and over 48-inches in height from the lower concrete surface.
