The employer did not ensure that the point of operation of the bandsaw was guarded, and the push plate was utilized to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during the operating cycle, exposing workers to point of operation hazards should contact occur with the unguarded portion of the bandsaw.    b) Joe's Meat Market, 6845 Slocum Road, Ontario, NY - Processing Area.
