29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  At the railcar facility located at 8116 Wilson Road in Kansas City, Missouri 64125: Employees were exposed to electrical shock in the plant area. The cord connected to the Miller Voltage Sensing Wire Feeder had no strain relief.  Internal wiring was exposed.
