29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons:   Instances including, but not limited to, the following:  a) Job site, 207 West Allegheny Road, Imperial PA: On or about July 9, 2024, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that an appropriate means of identifying and correcting unsafe working conditions existed at the site. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, failing to ensure that proper railing were in use on outside stairways.
