29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Lot 183 James Burt Pkwy. Opelika, AL. 36830; On or about July 9, 2024 and prior to, the employer allowed their employees to perform framing activities without wearing proper fall protection which exposed the employees to falls of approximately 10 feet 11 inches to the ground below.
