29 CFR  1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed.     a.  On or about July 16, 2024, at the production line one, employees where working near an unguarded chain and sprocket that moves the concrete manufacturer line 1 conveyor, exposing employees to amputation and caught in hazards.  b. On or about July 16, 2024, at the production line two, employees where working near an unguarded chain and sprocket that moves the concrete manufacturer line 2 conveyor, exposing employees to amputation and caught in hazards.  c. On or about July 16, 2024, at the production line one, employees where working near an unguarded chain and sprocket that moves the concrete manufacturer line 1 overhead end beam, exposing employees to amputation and caught in hazards.
