29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Jack Robinson Waste Disposal Services, Inc.  - Recycle Dock area/Sanitation area:  The employer did not have a readily accessible eye wash station that provides 15 minutes of continuous flow for flushing of the eyes where utility employees used corrosive chemicals including Citrablast, Hydrofluoric Acid solution, Hot shot wheel acid, and Hypochlorite solution.  Occurred on or about 07/17/2024.
