29 CFR  1910.23(b)(13): The employer did not ensure that no employee carries any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder:  (a) At 18515 US Hwy 441, Mount Dora, Florida: On or about July 10, 2024, an employee working from a 7-step Cotterman Rolling Ladder, while retrieving boxes of Duralast Disk 18-B8092 brake calipers, weighing 31.6-lbs., from the shelving unit, fell sustaining serious injury.
