29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) Chik-Fil-A construction site in the parking lot of 4008 N. Dupont Highway New Castle, DE 19720: On or about July 18, 2024, employees accessed the scaffolding system for approximately 2 weeks that contained multiple hazards including but not limited to bent/broken parts, modified pieces not authorized by the manufacturer, and portions of the scaffold not fully supported.
