OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employees were exposed to tip over/rollover, and crushing hazards.  a) At a jobsite located at 30700 Wekiva River Road, Sorrento, Florida 32176, on or about July 17, 2024, an employee operating a Gravely Pro-Turn zero turn lawnmower was exposed to tip over/rollover, and crushing hazards.
