29 CFR  1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:  a) Philadelphia Automotive Technologies located at 268 Geiger Road Philadelphia, PA 19115: The employer did not administer an effective hearing conservation program. Employee s perform operations including operating CNC machines were exposed to sound levels which exceed the Action Level (AL) of 85 dBA as an 8-hour Time-Weighted Average (TWA). The exposure measured is equivalent to an 8-hour TWA of 87.0 dBA. Zero exposures were assumed for all unsampled periods.  Violation noted on/or about October 22, 2024.
