OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to fall hazards and crushed-by hazards while using a telehandler as an aerial lift  Location: Jobsite- 43 Barnes Blvd, Hudson, MA   On July 24, 2024, an employee was exposed to fall hazards and crushed by hazards when standing on an unsecured load of plywood that was lifted approximately 25 feet above ground level by a CAT TL1055C Telehandler to conduct framing activities

Location: Jobsite- 43 Barnes Blvd, Hudson, MA   On July 24, 2024, an employee was exposed to struck by hazards not wearing eye protection while using  pneumatic nail guns.
