29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) On or about July 24, 2024, at 10785 Conner Way, Oak Creek, WI 53154, employees installing a roof on an existing residential home with an approximately 11:12 pitch were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet from the roof eve to the ground below on the back (West) side of the home.
