29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about July 24, 2024, at 520 SE 37th Avenue, Homestead, Florida, an employee was exposed to ejection and fall hazards of approximately 10 feet in height while trimming a palm tree from an over-center articulating aerial bucket without wearing and attaching a personal fall arrest or restraint system to the bucket's anchorage point.
