29 CFR  1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify, through a written certification, the identity of the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, and the date the hazard assessment was done:  a)	Shop and off site work locations:  On or about July 29 at times prior to, the employer failed to verify that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed through a written certification that identified the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and which identified the documents as a certification of hazard assessment.
