29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level: Location - Shade side of the roof. On or about 7/12/2024, employees were permitted to utilize personal fall arrest system lifelines which were rigged in a manner that created excessive slack in the line and would allow the affected employees to fall more than 6 feet to a lower level.
