29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) I65 SR WB Mobile, AL. 36606; On or about June 25, 2024 and prior to, the employer allowed their employees to perform roofing activities such as but not limited to removing old shingles and framing without wearing fall protection which exposed the employees to falls of approximately 20 feet 10 inches to the ground below.
