Location: Jobsite- Roof 29 Thelma Rd, Framingham, MA   On July 30, 2024, an employee was exposed to struck by hazards not wearing eye protection while using  pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  Location: Jobsite 29 Thelma Rd, Framingham, MA  On July 30, 2024, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to 15 feet to the ground while accessing an upper landing surface where an extension ladder was used to access a residential roof and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the edge of the roof.
