On or about July 30, 2024, at the 5-story hotel project, four (4) floors elevator lobby areas: the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection while employees walk/work near the unprotected edges of the elevator shafts, exposing employees to an approximate 19 ft. fall hazards to the floor below.  b. On or about July 30, 2024, at the 5-story hotel project: the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection while employees traversed the hallways of the project with unprotected interior wall openings, exposing employees to an approximate 15 ft. fall hazards to the floor below.
