Loading dock - On or about July 31, 2024, employees were not adequately protected from falls along the loading dock which was 50.25 inches high or 4 feet 3 inches.

Loading dock stairs - On or about July 31, 2024, employees were using a stairway which had 5 risers and did not have an adequate stairrail system.
