29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  a) On the site located at Pinecrest Drive and Livingstone Ave, Lutz, FL: On or about 08/01/2024, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that, employees were conducting tree trimming work in an aerial lift without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. And/or the employer did not ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017.  a) On the site located at Pinecrest Drive and Livingstone Ave, Lutz, FL: On or about 08/01/2024, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that, employees were conducting tree trimming work in an aerial lift without being trained on the use of fall protection before conducting the work.
