29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iv): The employer did not train each employee in the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment specified in paragraph (a)(1) of this section, including, but not limited to, proper hook-up, anchoring, and tie-off techniques, and methods of equipment inspection and storage, as specified by the manufacturer. A) Warehouse area located at 1030 South H Morgan Parkway: On or about 8/1/2024, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that the employees were not adequately trained to have the legs straps properly adjusted on their body harness.
