29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about April 4, 2024, in the fabrication shop of an establishment located at 1791 Trade Center Way, Naples, Florida, employees performing stone cutting and manufacturing work were exposed to eye and skin injuries while using corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to Acetone, when they were not provided with an eyewash and shower station.

29 CFR  1910.243(c)(1)(ii)(a): Safety guard(s) for portable abrasive wheel(s) did not cover the spindle end, and flange projections:  On or about April 4, 2024, in the fabrication shop of an establishment located at 1791 Trade Center Way, Naples, Florida, employees performing stone cutting and manufacturing work were exposed to struck-by and lacerations hazards when utilizing handheld angle grinders while not having the manufacture's provided guard in place.
