29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a) New residential construction located at The Edinburgh Subdivision, Lot #51, Locust Grove, GA 30248, Back roof: On or about 08/01/2024, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazard while operating pneumatic roofing nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided to an employee engaged in roofing activities operating these tools at 120 PSI.
