29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  a) On or about July 31, 2024, outside trailer #00605, employee(s) utilized a trailer that had an electrical circuit box with an unused opening while conducting oil and gas activities.  b) On or about July 31, 2024, outside trailer #00603, employee(s) utilized a trailer that had an electrical circuit box with an unused opening while conducting oil and gas activities.  Ensign US Southern Drilling LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1661622, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at HOEFS T-K (WOLFCAMP) Field, ZAUK STATE 37-39 C Lease, 3WA Well, 12 miles SW from Coyanosa, Ensign Energy Services Inc. Drilling Rig #136, Coyanosa, TX 79730.
