29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: (a) South lower roof, east end; On or about August 2, 2024, employees performing low slope roofing construction activities were not effectively protected from fall hazards as the warning line located along the southeast side was placed at or near the edge of the roof and extended beyond the edge at the southeast corner.
