Compressed air shall not be used for cleaning purposes except where reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. and then only with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment: (a)Cut Shop - On or about July 11, 2024, air pressure was used to dry and clean material cut from multiple pieces of equipment in the shop, the compressor was set at 108 p.s.i., exposing employees to eye injuries.
