29 CFR  1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning. Compressed air shall not be used for cleaning purposes except where reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. and then only with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment:  (a)Cut Shop - On or about July 11, 2024, air pressure was used to dry and clean material cut from multiple pieces of equipment in the shop, the compressor was set at 108 p.s.i., exposing employees to eye injuries.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  (a) Shop- On or about July 11, 2024, the employer did not ensure there was a 3-feet clearance in front of the electrical panels there was excess equipment and material placed in front of the panel, exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
