29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- Side of structure furthest from Cloverleaf Lane - 24 Cloverleaf Lane, Manalapan NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 16 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose walking/working surface was missing end stops (on both ends) and a midrail/screen. Condition observed on or about 08/06/24.   b - Side of structure closest to Cloverleaf Lane - 24 Cloverleaf Lane, Manalapan NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 16 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose walking/working surface was missing end stops (on both ends). Condition observed on or about 08/06/24.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a - Pitched Garage Roof - 24 Cloverleaf Lane, Manalapan NJ:  The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet 5 inches when walking and working  from a residential structure's pitched garage roof without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 08/06/24.
