29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: On or about August 6th, 2024, employees engaged in framing operations located at 29211 Martin Circle, Valley, Nebraska 68064, were exposed to fall hazards in that employees observed working from a mobile platform that was attached to a forklift and the operator moved the platform horizontally when the platform was occupied by employees.

On or about August 6th, 2024, employees engaged in framing operations located at 29211 Martin Circle, Valley, Nebraska 68064 were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were observed working on the 2nd level of a residential structure at heights greater than 6ft without any form of fall protection.
