29 CFR  1910.133(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) 208 Lincoln Hwy, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, washing bay - On or about August 6, 2024, employees used hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to handheld spray bottles of New Wave all purpose cleaner, and the employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate eye or face protection when using the chemical.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
