29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not  ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a. At a residential construction north side located at Wading Ibis Road 243 and 244 Stokes Landing:  On or about August 7, 2024,  the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using an electrical saw , metal hammer and nail guns for framing work.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a. At a residential construction north side located at Wading Ibis Road 243 Stokes Landing:  On or about August 7, 2024, the employer was exposing 2 employees to a 19 to 20-foot fall hazard, in that the employees were not wearing fall protection when installing the decking.  b.  At a residential construction south side located at Wading Ibis Road 244 Stokes Landing:  On or about August 7, 2024, the employer was exposing 2 employees to a 8 to 9-foot fall hazard, in that the employees were not wearing fall protection when installing the roof trusses.
