29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:  (a)	9277 E. 35th Ave., Denver, CO, 80238:  On or before August 6, 2024, the  employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees removing and installing shingles on a three-story residential home, with a roof pitch of approximately 9-in-12, were not utilizing a fall protection system.  The employees wore fall harnesses; however, they were not connected to the fall protection system that was installed on the roof.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 23 feet.  (b) 9277 E. 35th Ave., Denver, CO, 80238:  On or before August 6, 2024, the  employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees removing and installing shingles on a detached garage behind residential home, with a roof pitch of approximately 8-in-12, were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 15 feet.
