29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At the workplace located at 31426 West 191st Street, Edgerton, Kansas 66021, employees engaged in printing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented and maintained at the job site. Employees were handling cleaning solutions and printing inks such as  DGI F160 Fluo Pink, DGI F160 Fluo Yellow, DGI- F160 Magenta, DGI Cleaning solution and DGI F160 Cyann. The chemical hazards associated with these chemicals include eye irritation and skin sensitization.
