OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  a) DG Allentown LLC - 1321 Union Blvd in Allentown, PA - On or about July 26, 2024, the employer did not furnish a place of employment free from recognized hazards in that employees suffered various illnesses such as burning skin, headache, nausea, and vomiting, from exposure to Hot Shot No Mess Bugg Fogger, a hazardous chemical, that was discharged in the presence of employees .  The employer did not take the necessary precautions to protect employees from chemical exposure after activating a bug bomb underneath the drink station, in the dining room area of the restaurant.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
