29 CFR  1910.134(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and provide an appropriate respirator based on the respiratory hazard(s) to which the worker was exposed and workplace and user factors that affect respirator performance and reliability:  (a)  At Pawling Engineered Products, Inc. - Establishment: On or about 08/06/2024, For employees performing priming operations, mixing chemicals and materials preparation all containing VOC's such as Toluene, MEK, Naphtha, and alcohols among other.   The employer provided the employees with N95 respirators which are not appropriate for the VOC's to protect the health of the employees.
