29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2): The employer who produced, used, or stored hazardous chemicals at the workplace in such a way that the employees of other employers could be exposed did not ensure that all of the elements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(iii) included in the hazard communication program were implemented:   a) On or about August 7, 2024, at the job site, the employer did not implement elements in the hazard communication program to provide contractors with information about hazardous chemicals that the employer used and stored in the mechanical building.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:  a) On or about August 7, 2024, in the bleach storage room of mechanical building, the employer did not ensure that the sodium hypochlorite solution storage tank was labeled.
