The employer did not ensure operator training for the Skid steer Loader J000116704-1 - Cat 299D3 was conducted by trainers who had sufficient knowledge, training, and experience according to the standard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   At the workplace located at 8601 Monticello Road, Lenexa, Kansas, employees engaged in landscaping activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented and maintained at the job site. Employees were handling gasoline, tempo, ranger pro and trimec 992. The chemical hazards associated with these chemicals include skin, eye and respiratory irritation, redness, itching and burning, may cause an allergic skin reaction, drowsiness and/or dizziness, is suspected of causing cancer and may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Additionally, gasoline can act as a fueling agent due to its extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor.
