29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  a) 315 W Germantown Pike, Norristown, PA 19403, Fabrication floor - On or about August 12, 2024, employees were provided and required  to wear 3M half mask elastomeric tight-fitting facepiece respirators while welding and the employer did not  provide a medical evaluation in accordance with this section.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.1026(d)(1):The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI):  a)   315 W Germantown Pike, Norristown, PA 19403, Fabrication floor - On or about  August 12, 2024, the employer did not perform an initial determination of 8-hour time-weighted average exposures for each employee exposed to chromium (VI). The employer is to make this determination in accordance with either paragraph (d)(2), the scheduled monitoring option, or paragraph (d)(3), the performance-oriented option.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
