29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a. On the roof at a residence, located at 2570 Hobblebrush Dr, North Port, Florida 34286: On or about 8/15/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that ladders used to access the roof did not extend three feet above the landing area while performing roofing work.
