29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. a) 265 North Meridian Rd, Kalispell, MT, 59901: On or about August 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing servicing and maintenance on an amusement ride platform at a height of approximately 55 feet above the ground. Prior to performing work at heights, the employer failed to train employees required to use fall protection systems.
