29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) At the workplace, employees handle and are exposed to chemicals, such as, 511 Porous Plus Sealant and Akemi Platinum Clear Premium Epoxy acrylate Adhesive. Employees do not have ready access to Safety Data Sheets. On or about 8/13/2024. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: At the workplace, employees handle and are exposed to chemicals such as adhesives, sealants and silica. Employees were not informed on the hazards of the chemicals in their workplace and what information is available on safety data sheet. On or about 8/13/2024. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
