CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Security Checkpoint 5: On or about August 14th, 2024, a 12-outlet 120V 15amp Belkin Surge Protector Power Strip was used to provide power to a Keurig K Mini Single Serve Coffee Maker and a Microwave, exposing employees to electrical fires, smoke inhalation, and contact with energized parts.  b) Security Checkpoint 4: On or about August 14th, 2024, a Tripp Lite 120V 5-15R 8 Outlet TLM825GF Safety Power Strip was used to provide power to a Keurig K Mini Single Serve Coffee Maker, a Keurig K Classic Single Serve Coffee Maker, and a Microwave, exposing employees to electrical fires, smoke inhalation, and contact with energized parts.  c) South Baggage Screening: On or about August 15th, 2024, a 6-outlet 125Vac 15amp surge protector was used to provide power to a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Single Serve Coffee Maker and a Mr. Coffee Coffee Maker, exposing employees to electrical fires, smoke inhalation, and contact with energized parts.
